ANIMAL RESCUE KHARKIV
Animal Rescue Kharkiv is based in Kharkiv, the second-largest city, located near the Russian border in the Eastern part of Ukraine. The area has been heavily shelled by the occupiers. Animal Rescue Kharkiv saves animals 24/7 and has been rescuing dogs and cats during the war, delivering them to the vet clinic, where they receive vital medical care. This is a no-kill shelter.
